AFT-WV Legislative Retreat 

The 2008 AFT-WV Legislative Retreat is scheduled for October 3-4 at the Marriott in Charleston, WV.
Members from across the state will meet and discuss the union's goals for the 2008 legislative session. The event kicks off with a reception on Friday, October 3rd,  where members from across the state can mix and mingle. The conference continues the next morning, where participants from across the state meet to decide the union's legislative goals for 2009.  Both pre-K-12 and higher education members will discuss pertinent issues and draft legislative agendas, which will be voted on during the AFT-WV convention in November.
